According to the law, the process of the “double click”; associated to the authentication and the non repudiation procedure as well as the protection of the messages integrity; constitutes an electronic signature, which is worth between the parties in the same way as a written signature. A confirmation of the order validated by the client will be sent to this latter by email prior to the order shipment, and will make the sale definitive; subject to the option of applying the right of cancellation.

Our price offers are subject to product availability. In case of unavailability of the goods after the placement of your order, we will inform you by email, phone or mail in the shortest time. You will therefore be able to cancel, modify or maintain your order.
PPN SA reserves the right to cancel any order that would be originated by a client with whom a dispute over a previous order has been settled (except the cases of cancellation allowed by the law). The client is indeed informed by email, phone or post.

The payment of your order is done via the method of your choice
1 - The payment by credit card
The client guarantees that he is fully empowered to use the credit card, and that this credit card gives access to sufficient amounts to cover all costs resulting from the use of security-feelbetter.com’s services.
PPN SA has chosen the SOCIETE GENERALE’s secure payment in order to insure that all bank transactions are done under optimal security conditions. Upon validation of your order and in the case of a payment by credit card, a pro forma invoice as well as SOCIETE GENERALE’s payment site will appear. Then you shall type your credit card numbers, the three-digit CVV number and expiry date. Your payment is directly recorded on SOCIETE GENERALE’s website in encrypted mode (SSL encrypting mode). PPN SA has at no time access to your banking or card information. For this reason, your card information will be requested for every new order.
In cases when the SOCIETE GENERALE’s payment terminal rejects the payment, PPN SA keeps the right to cancel your order. This method has been chosen to prevent from frauds and to insure maximal security.

2 - The payment by cheque
In case of a payment by bank cheque, this latter shall be issued by a bank domiciled in Metropolitan France or in Monaco.
During the validation of your order and the method of payment by cheque, please send us by post your bank cheque payable to PPN SA, accompanied by your order identification number which is in the invoice preview, to the following address:

Your cheque, equal to the « to be paid » amount, will be banked on the day of dispatch of your package. No delivery will be done before the receipt of the cheque. You shall send us your order and your cheque within 15 days maximum; beyond this deadline the order will be cancelled.
No Cash On Delivery accepted, whatever the reason might be.
For Metropolitan France and Monaco, allowing for exceptions, the shipping is done by La Poste after the deposit of your package to the post office by our services. For Europe and the rest of the world, the delivery is done by first-class post. Delivery times and shipping costs are functions of the country of destination.
The deposit of the orders to the post office is done in the shortest time, according to the hour, the day of the order, the payment method and the product availability.
The indicated delivery times are non contractual indicative times. Those delivery times are average figures and correspond to the necessary time for the delivery. They are given for information only depending on bank holidays, and may be subject to cases of force majeure (strike, disaster, administrative decision,…) or product unavailability.
If the client wishes his products to be delivered in two different places, he shall place two orders and bear the according shipping costs.
The products are delivered to the delivery address which you provided during the online ordering process. Forwarding costs (8€) will be charged to the client for any order that did not arrive properly due to a wrong/incomplete address.
In case of absence at the moment of delivery to the address provided by the client, a delivery note is normally left in the mailbox. Following the deposit of this notice, it is possible to pick up the package at your local post office within 10 days for a shipping with Chronopost and within 15 days for a shipping with Colissimo. All packages left outstanding at the post office for more than the indicated deadline will be sent back to us at PPN SA. For every order left outstanding at the post office, and needing forwarding by our services, the forwarding costs will be charged to the client.
The goods always travel at the recipient’s own risks. Always check your package upon arrival. You dispose of a 48-hour deadline from the receipt of the goods to express eventual reservations to PPN SA in case of omission or deterioration.
To each of your orders corresponds an invoice, which is always joined to your package. This invoice mentions the details of the order and the shipping costs.
9.1 Deadline and costs
In conformity to the Consumption Code, the client has a right of cancellation during a period of 7 days from the date of delivery of the order.
In addition to this right of cancellation, PPN SA enables their clients to benefit from the commercial guarantee “Satisfied or reimbursed”.
The client, if he is not satisfied with the ordered products, has a seven (7)-day extra deadline after the seven (7)-day legal deadline of cancellation from the delivery to return the order. The product shall be in its original package, new (cap taken off) and non-consumed. If the product has been used in any way, the return will not be accepted and the product will be sent back to you to your own charges.
When the client wishes to exercise this right, he shall return the product in perfect state to his own charges and risks. We recommend the subscription of an insurance which covers this risk to the goods value. The initial shipping costs, repackaging and return will be invoiced to you. Only the price of the products bought and returned will be refunded. The shipping costs are non-refundable. No Cash On Delivery accepted, whatever the reason might be.
Each return of order shall be accompanied with a return authorisation. On email request, you will be provided a return authorisation. The returned products shall be accompanied with a copy of the return authorisation.
After checking the quality and quantity of the returned products, the refund of the given products will be possible only if the hypothesis, related in the articles regarding the returns, are respected; and within 30 days maximum from the date of the products receipt.
The refund is done according to the choice of PPN SA, either by bank transfer directly on your account, or by bank cheque to the name of the client having placed the order.
For the refunds by cancellation of the bank transaction, the speed at which the bank account is credited depends on the client’s type of credit card. In the case of an immediate debit card, the checking account is credited within 3 to 8 days, depending on the bank. In the case of a differed payment card, the credit appears on the card account and not on the checking account, under the same conditions as those of the usual debit. If the refunding takes longer, it is highly recommended that you get in contact with your bank.
For all deliveries outside Metropolitan France, customs duties may be required by the country of destination’s authorities. As importer of the concerned products, the client assumes all customs duties, taxes and other fees which fall in the frame of the importation of goods. Since the amount of taxes depends on the regulations prevailing in each country of destination, PPN SA cannot inform you of their exact amount. It is therefore the client’s responsibility to gather the necessary information from the local authorities and to respect the formalities which are specific to the importation of goods on the territory of the country of destination.
The products are compliant with the French legislation. The responsibility of PPN SA cannot be engaged in case of non-respect of the legislation of the country to which the products are delivered. As the client, it is your responsibility to check with your local authorities the possibilities of importation or usage of the products.
PPN SA cannot be liable for the non-performance of the contract in case of product shortage or product unavailability, force majeure, disruption, partial or total strike notably of the postal services and means of transport and/or communication, floods or fires.
PPN SA is not liable for damages of any kind, whatever material, immaterial or physical which could result from a misuse of the commercialised products.
The information provided by the client during the ordering process engages his responsibility: in case of an error in the specifications of the recipient’s coordinates, the seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility in which he could be to deliver the products.
In the case customs duties would be required; PPN SA disengages itself of any responsibility if the payment of the taxes was not performed by the client.
Eventual delays in the delivery of the order do not give right to the customer to claim for damages.
The present contract is governed by French laws (the contract formed by the acceptance of the present terms and conditions is governed by the French law). The language of the present contract is English. Should any dispute arise, the client will communicate in priority with the company to obtain an amicable solution. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, the court of EVREUX (27 Eure) is the only competent jurisdiction whatever the place of delivery and the method of payment might be.
The information and data regarding the client are necessary for the orders management, for the execution and the follow-up of the business relationships, as well as for internal statistics purposes.
